About Me: Hey Everyone! William Howard Oatman IV here, but you can call me Billy, or Billy O. I live in Chicago, Ill. with my daughter Taylor Imani. I joined the PBA just this year, so I am the Rookie of the Pros! I have been bowling forever. I bowled in 3 leagues when I was 8 years old and then I bowled in college at both Vicennes University and then at Wichita State University. Let's see, my best off-lane talent is probably "running my mouth" and if I could be the PBA Commissioner for a day I would make all left-handed bowlers exempt. Lefty's are just right! My dream date would be with tennis superstar, Serena Williams. Oh and I almost forgot, I am the first African American to become exempt on the PBA tour... what can I say, I like to set records...so watch for me in the record books. Fo real doh

Yo Billy, keep doing what you doing. I live out in da boonies, only black bowler on a 5 man 16 team league. Someone said for a big guy I was smooth bowler, now I am called the "right handed Billy Oatman". Oh man next thing you know they gon think we all look alike, lol.
